What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed, I start working on your video using the details you submitted. If I need anything else, I will contact you using the email address from your order.
How long does it take to receive my video?
Personalized videos are usually delivered within 24 hours. If a rush option is available for the listing, your video can be delivered sooner.
How many revisions or changes are included?
Revisions are not included by default. However, if I make a mistake, I will fix it free of charge.
If a character says a name incorrectly, I will correct that for free as well.
Any customer-requested changes after the order is placed are $4.
Can I add a photo to my video?
Yes, if the listing includes this option, you will see a photo upload field in the personalization form.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Please upload a clear photo where the person is visible at least from the waist up and fully in frame.
A non-selfie photo works best, and good lighting is strongly recommended.
How will I receive my personalized video?
Your finished personalized video will be delivered digitally to the email address used for your order.
How do instant download videos work?
Instant download videos are ready-made files and do not require personalization.
After payment, you will be able to download your video right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Available methods may include card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other options depending on your device and browser.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, custom orders may be possible depending on the type of request.
