Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and often personalized, refunds are not available once work has started, the video has been delivered, or the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Orders for custom or personalized videos cannot be cancelled or refunded after production has begun. Please make sure all names, dates, messages, and order details are correct before submitting your order.

You may request a refund or order review in the following situations:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order;
  • the delivered file is corrupted or cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue on our side;
  • we are unable to deliver your order at all;
  • the final delivered product is materially different from what was confirmed in the order.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number plus a short description of the issue.

If a refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

We may offer corrections or reasonable revisions where applicable instead of a refund, especially for custom orders.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
